Register a studio

Create your studio page: name, description, logo, banner and links, and what makes it show up well.

Updated Nov 3, 2026

A studio page is your home on indiedev.games. It lists your games, your news and your links.

Before you start

You need a verified email address. Check your inbox after registering, or see Your account. One account can run several studios, and a studio can hold up to 10 games.

Create the page

Choose Register a studio in the user menu or on your dashboard. You can fill in:

  • Studio name and a one-line tagline.
  • Description. Write it in Markdown (bold, lists, links, quotes and more). The preview tab shows how it will look. Links to other sites open in a new tab.
  • Website and country.
  • Social links. Add the places people can find you. Leave a box empty to skip it, and clear one to remove it. Each link has to go to the network it is labeled with.
  • Logo and banner. JPG, PNG or WebP. We resize images, crop the banner to a wide shape and remove hidden photo data such as location. Only upload images you have the right to use. Without a logo, the page shows your studio's initials.

You can change all of this later with Edit studio.

What shows on the page

Your studio page shows the description, your details, the team members who turned on their public profile, your social links, your live games, your three newest news posts and a comment section. Visitors can follow the studio, report it, and (if they are on the team) edit it.

A page with a very short description is kept out of search results until it has a fuller one, so write at least a couple of sentences about who you are.
