Studio teams
Invite people to help run a studio, what they can do, how to leave, and how to hand over ownership.
Updated Nov 3, 2026
A studio can have a team. Open Team next to your studio on the dashboard.
Roles
- The owner created the studio. Only the owner can invite people, remove them, or hand the studio to someone else.
- Editors can edit the studio page and its games, write posts, upload builds and see the stats. They can comment as the studio.
Invite someone
Enter their username and press Send invitation. They need a verified account. They get an email, and nothing changes until they accept from their dashboard. They can also decline. A studio can have up to 10 other people, counting invitations that are still waiting.
Leave, remove, hand over
- Remove a member or cancel an invitation from the team page.
- Members can leave a team themselves.
- Hand over ownership to a team member. The new owner can manage the team and hand the studio on again, and you stay on the team as an editor.
If an owner deletes their account and others are on the team, the studio goes to the person who has been on the team longest.
What is public
Team members are named on the public studio page only if they turned on their public profile. The rest of the team stays private. Comments written as the studio do not show which person wrote them.
