Reporting content
How to report a game, studio, comment, review, post or press page, and what happens next.

indiedev.games is a family-friendly site, and anyone can report something that breaks the content policy.
What you can report
Use the Report link on:
- a game (at the bottom of the game page),
- a studio page,
- a comment,
- a review,
- a news or devlog post,
- a press page.
You do not need an account, but if you report while logged in, only one open report from you is kept for the same item.
What to say
Choose the closest reason: sexual content or nudity, a sexualized depiction of minors, graphic gore or violence, hate content, real-money gambling, manipulative monetization aimed at children, impersonation or a false claim, spam or a scam, or something else. Add details if they help. Please do not include passwords or private information.
What happens next
A moderator reads the report. They can hide the item or dismiss the report. A hidden game, studio, comment, review or post is no longer shown to the public, and the people who run it can still see it. Moderators can bring a hidden item back if they decide it was a mistake. All the open reports about the same item are handled together.
Reports are not public, and the person you reported is not told who sent it.
