Welcome to the cave

CrystalMines is classic Minesweeper dressed in hand-drawn pixel art. Uncover the cave floor, read the numbers, flag the hidden mines, and clear every safe tile without setting one off.

How to play

Left-click a tile to reveal it. Your first click is always safe.
Right-click a tile to place or remove a flag.
Numbers show how many mines touch that tile.
Click a number whose flags already match it to reveal all of its other neighbors at once.
Stuck? Use the lightbulb button. It highlights a safe tile and opens it for you.
After a round, click the board or the face at the top to play again.

Features

Three board sizes: Easy (9×9, 10 mines), Medium (12×12, 24 mines) and Hard (16×16, 40 mines)
Two looks: the warm Cave and the green metal Vault
A mine counter, a timer, and your best time for each size while you play
Music and sound effects, with a mute button
Short rounds that fit a quick break

Best times and settings may not be kept after you close the page. Your browser may wait for your first click before playing sound.
